Timber store Exeter – making an exact fit

This Exeter shed, or timber garden store, was built for an Exeter customer with an specific purpose and position in mind. We advised on the groundworks, which were completed by a local Exeter builder. The shed was made to sit on the base and had to be made from timber, be able to store large items that could be easily accessed, have a reasonable degree of security, but also be a feature within the Exeter property as it would be on view.

This Exeter shed was built using pressure treated timbers, the framework was a minimum of 2″ x 2″ and 4″ x 2″ roof trusses for extra strength, the walls built with ex 19mm shiplap and tongue & groove timbers. The roof was constructed with 28mm waterproof ply, with a plastic coated steel profiled roof in olive green.
