We have built a wide range of timber cabins – a home form home – across Devon, the South West and beyond.. No two have ever been the same, because that’s not what we do. Each one has been built to the customer’s layout, taking into account their wishes and needs. The only similarity is that each one is built to the same standard – suitable for 24/7 accommodation.
We use construction grade carcassing, waterproof membranes, eco-friendly insulation & soundproofing – STEICO and exterior home grown timbers harvested from purpose grown timbers here in the South West.
In 2021 we were asked to build a cabin that would initially be used for holiday accommodation, but also with a view to being used if the need arose for family accommodation. The cabin was designed by our clients with a desire for a steel roof, which they felt fitted within the surrounding agricultural landscape. A colour choice of a light sage UPVC, a move away from the anthracite grey which we knew worked well with our buildings was another client choice. We felt it was a bold move, but were blown away by the end result when the timber cabin sat beautifully in it’s final place.
